PVHMC sets up drop off site for supply donations

Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center has established a safe process to donate supplies such as personal protective equipment and disinfectant products, hospital administrators said in a press release.

Beginning today, Tuesday, March 24, PVHMC will have a designated drop-off site at 360 Vinton Ave., Pomona, for those wishing to donate. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.

Supplies that would be most useful include masks (all types), gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and bleach all in sealed, unopened containers. Also, white or light-colored towels are also needed.

In response to numerous requests from the community, hospital staff said, “We deeply appreciate the outpouring of support we have received from our community—thank you!”
