County set for move to red tier

A sign welcoming diners back is posted in the window of the Village Grille during a recent afternoon in the Claremont Village. Los Angeles County is mere days away from moving into the red tier of the state’s Blueprint for a Safer Economy, which would literally open the door for more business activity in Claremont. The changes will include indoor dining at 15 percent capacity and will allow more shoppers in retail establishments. COURIER photo/Steven Felschundneff
