COURIER reader John Yerger spotted this sign about the proper use of a mask while walking
recently near the Little League fields in College Park. It seems apropos the sign features a dog
because the Pooch Park, will be closed for the next month for its annual turf rebuilding program.
The temporarily closure began on Monday and the park is scheduled to reopen Monday, May 3.
Until it reopens, residents can take their dogs to the Claremont Hills Wilderness Park, Thompson
Creek Trail, and Rancho San Jose Park, which all are pet friendly. Photo/John Yerger
