San Antonio Community Hospital (SACH) recently received the Women’s Choice Award as one of the nation’s Best Hospitals for Patient Experience in Orthopedics. The award, handed out on a yearly basis by WomenCertified, is based on female patient satisfaction measurements as well as clinical excellence considerations.

Hospitals qualify for this selective annual list based on an in-depth proprietary scoring process. The scoring utilizes data reported by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The selection process identifies those hospitals that provide comprehensive orthopedic services, and that meet criteria for patient satisfaction and surgical excellence based on female needs and preferences.
