The slow clean up gets going

Workers maneuver a roughly 5,300 pound chunk of a fallen pine tree into a waiting truck on Monday in the Claremont Village. The tree blew down during the windstorm two weeks ago completely blocking Eighth Street and slightly damaging the home across the street. Ten days after the storm Claremonters are getting back on their collective feet, cleaning up the debris and repairing the damage to property. COURIER photo/Steven Felschundneff
