The Upland Lemon Festival returns after two years

After cancelations in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Upland Lemon Festival returns for the 2021 year.

The festival, said to be the city’s largest event which attracts over 60,000 people annually, will kick off at 3 p.m. on June 10. The event will be open at 10 a.m. on June 11 and 12, but will conclude at 10 p.m. all three days.

The festival will be held at 180 East C Street in Upland and will feature the annual crowd favorite vocal competition, Lemon Idol. Lemon Idol is open to those ages 6 and up.

In addition to the vocal competition, food ones such as pie eating will also be held. Along with rides and games, attendees will be able to experience over 175 vendors, learn more about community organizations and enjoy other amenities.

The upland Lemon Festival is free for all to enjoy, but ride tickets must be purchased before enjoy any of them. Presale carnival ride tickets, which grants 10 rides, can be purchased online for $25 at https://kastl-amusements.ticketleap.com/upland-lemon-festival.
