Donations of new, unwrapped toys to benefit Children’s Foundation of America will be accepted until 4 p.m. December 20 at select Claremont businesses — look for large decorated boxes or bright blue flyers that read “Children’s Foundation of America Holiday Heroes Gift Drive.” The toys will go to newborns and young adults in foster care, group homes, mental health programs, crisis centers, shelters, and underserved school districts.
