The 2024 5K Dream Run, hosted by Claremont Colleges student activist group Improving Dreams, Equality, Access, and Success, gets underway at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 20, at Pitzer College, 1050 N. Mills Ave., Claremont.

Check-in starts at 8:30 at Brant Clock Tower. The public’s entry fee is $15, $10 for students. Participants must make a Zelle donation to claremontideas@gmail.com and note the donation when signing up at tinyurl.com/5kregistration24. Participants can also sign up in person ahead of the run. Donations will provide high school seniors and undocumented college students financial assistance with textbooks, legal fees, scholarships, and resources such as mentoring programs and professional and career development services.
