CSO seeks members ahead of opening concert

The Claremont Symphony Orchestra is seeking members to fill out its violin 1, violin 2, viola, cello, and string bass sections ahead of its free and open to the public season opener Sunday, October 15 at Bridges Hall of Music, 150 E. Fourth St., Claremont. The orchestra will perform the music of Beethoven and Dvorak under principal CSO conductor Robert Sage.

While all wind sections are full, the group does have a sub list. CSO rehearses Monday evenings from 7:30 to 10 p.m. at Pomona College’s Bryant Rehearsal Hall in the Thatcher Music Building, 340 N. College Ave., Claremont.
