On select Thursdays from 4 to 5 p.m. in November, members of Cal Poly Pomona’s Music Department will lead Poly Beats, free and open to the public music production workshops at the Pomona Public Library, 625 S. Garey Ave.

The initial November 2 course will serve as an introduction to digital music production. The following class on November 9 will be a create-your-own-beat session, and the workshop will wrap up with polishing and publishing your beat on November 16. Pizza will be provided during each session.
