The Foothill Philharmonic Committee hosts a free and open to the public outreach event with Pomona College Professor Emeritus Jon Bailey, who will deliver a lecture, “Rodgers and Hammerstein: Conscience of America How Broadway Challenged Society,” at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 3, at Claremont Methodist Church, 211 W.
