Library hosts CUSD rep for talk on LGBTQ+ issues

The Friends of the Claremont Library’s On the Same Page committee hosts Natalie Taylor, doctor of education and director of intervention and English learner programs at Claremont Unified School District, for a 10 a.m. Saturday, January 20 talk about LGBTQ+ inclusion in CUSD schools, and the district’s commitment to working with students, teachers, parents, and the community to keep potentially marginalized young people engaged in safe, affirming environments. Taylor will also take questions.

This event, at the Claremont Helen Renwick Library, 208 N. Harvard Ave., is free and open to the public.
