‘Marking Time’ reception is February 6

Scripps College’s Denison Library and Clark Humanities Museum host a free and open to the public reception for April Katz’s exhibit, “Marking Time,” at 5 p.m. Thursday, February 6 at Clark Humanities Museum, 981 Amherst Ave., Claremont.

Katz, the Morrill Professor Emeritus at Iowa State University, has exhibited throughout the U.S. for more than 30 years, including at the Fogg Museum at Harvard University and the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.

The exhibit runs through February 19. The museum is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., closes for lunch, then reopens from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Admission is free.
