Santa Claus will visit the La Verne Community Center, 3680 D St., from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, December 1, to meet and take photos in a free and open to the public event for special needs people and their families.

The event also includes ornament building, hot chocolate, and a pancake breakfast themed dinner. Call (909) 596-8776 to preregister for a food ticket.
