Obituary: Gary F. LaRue
Great-grandfather, grandfather, father, investor, entrepreneur
Gary F. LaRue died peacefully at his home in Alta Loma, California on November 28 at the age of 81.
Gary was born to Lucian and Lucille LaRue in Los Angeles on December 4, 1941.
He is survived by his loving wife, Betty; siblings Richard (his wife Joan) and Florine “Sister”; children David (his wife Lisa), Holly, Jennifer (her husband Don), Yvette (her husband Eddie), and Nikandro; as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
“Gary took immense pride and joy as a father and grandfather, and all the memories shared with his family,” his family shared.
As a real estate broker, he spent his life working as an investor and entrepreneur.
“Throughout his life and career, he changed the lives and hearts of countless families, many of whom remained lifelong friends,” his family added. “His love for tennis, golf, and music created countless memories with his friends and family.
“Gary’s legacy and memory will carry on forever in the hearts and minds of those who love and cherish him.”
