Loving husband, father, scuba enthusiast, pilot

Loving husband and father Robert (Bob) Gene Simpson died peacefully on December 24, 2020,  at home with his wife by his side. He was 67 years old.

Robert was born November 19, 1953 in Pomona. He was an only child and was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Jean Simpson of Pomona. He graduated from Pomona High School in 1972. 

In life, he was a computer programmer who enjoyed scuba diving, had a black belt in martial arts, and performed his first solo flight as a licensed pilot from Brackett Airport on May 4, 1972. He was a proud member of the Sons of the Revolution.

Mr. Simpson is survived by his wife of 40 years, Dana Murray Simpson, of Pomona; and son Robbie Simpson, of Yucaipa, California.
