Smashed windows at Harvard Avenue businesses

On Monday, September 5, 2022, at about 4:10 a.m., Claremont Police Officers responded to 137 Harvard Avenue, (Hendricks Pharmacy) regarding an alarm activation. Officers checked the business, but it was determined to be a false alarm.

During a check of the surrounding businesses, officers located smashed windows at 141 Harvard Avenue, (Claremont Faculty Association) and 129 Harvard Avenue (The Press). Officers determined commercial burglaries occurred at each of these businesses. It appears that there was no property loss at either location.
