What a difference seven months can make. The Docente Colby Circle development on Indian Hill Boulevard is almost ready for its first residents. The 95-unit project is broken into two phases: phase 1 consists of 17 homes, with 14 homes currently in escrow. Residents are scheduled to move in at the end of February.
