El Roble students had 16 minutes to run as many laps as they could to raise money for the school’s PE department at Tuesday’s Turkey Trot. Last year they raised more than $10,000 to help maintain the fitness lab and buy supplies. The ASB also collected canned food for the Upland Food Bank.

Money raised last year purchased a rock climbing wall for the north side of the gym, while Claremont Rotary donated for installation of the south wall.

“Again, El Roble PE is forever grateful to the community, parents, staff admin, and of course our El Roble students for helping to make our Turkey Trot a success!” teacher Debbie Foster said.
