Celebrate spring in Claremont

The City of Claremont’s annual Spring Celebration will be held at Memorial Park, 840 N. Indian Hill Blvd., Saturday, March 30, from 8 to 11 a.m.

The event kicks off with an 8 a.m. pancake breakfast courtesy of the Kiwanis Club of Claremont. Plates are $7. A free petting zoo, magic show, interactive booths, and photos with Mr. and Mrs. Bunny begin at 9. Free goodie bags will be available for children under 2.

The special needs children’s egg hunt takes place on the park’s basketball court at 9 a.m., ahead of the traditional hunt for children ages 3 to 12 at 10:45 on the grass. One golden egg will be hidden in each hunting area.
