Flexibility for older adults begins June 26
Beginning June 26, The Joslyn Center, 660 N. Mountain Ave., Claremont, hosts a new free exercise group, “flexibility for older adults,” to help seniors 55 and over increase their range of motion and strength.
Classes meet Monday through Wednesday from 1 to 2:20 p.m. June 26 to August 16, with the exception of July 4. The non-credit course will be led by Aaron McCraven and is part of Citrus College’s Continuing Education program. Interested? Final registration will take place through Citrus College with the help of a guidance counselor, with an email required.
