IVRT announces 2023 season

Inland Valley Repertory Theatre has announced its 2023 season.

On February 26, the nonprofit kicks off its season with “Love, Dolly,” a Dolly Parton musical and a one-woman performance starring Kim Eberhardt, at the Claremont Community School of Music, 951 W. Foothill Blvd. Showtimes are 3:30 and 7 p.m., and tickets are $70.

At 6 p.m. on March 11, 12, 14 and 15, the IVRT Supper Club hosts the romantic comedy, “They’re Playing Our Song,” by Neil Simon, Carole Bayer Sager and Marvin Hamlisch at Eddie’s Italian Eatery, 1065 W. Foothill Blvd., Claremont, with a special 2 p.m. matinee on March 12. Tickets are $70 and include a three-course, prix fixe meal.

“Jerry’s Girls,” a musical by Jerry Herman, will be mounted exclusively for season pass members April 15 and 16 at the IVRT Cabaret, 455 W. Foothill Blvd, Claremont.

Performances of Stuart Ross’ “Forever Plaid,” part of the IVRT Supper Club, are at Eddie’s Italian Eatery at 6 p.m. June 24, 25, 27 and 28, with a 2 p.m. matinee June 25.

Next up is “Art,” by Yasmina Reza, translated by Christopher Hampton, at the Claremont Community School of Music at 7:30 p.m. July 15 and 3 p.m. July 16. Tickets are $35 and include a wine and hors d’oeuvres reception.

The nonprofit will close out the year with a member exclusive show, “Love, Linda,” Linda Lee Thomas’ one-woman show that recounts her life through song and story, at 3 p.m. September 16 and 17 in the IVRT Cabaret.
