Rolling Stones and Tom Petty tribute band Rolling Heartbreakers will headline this year’s OPARC HeartBEAT music festival, set for Saturday, September 23 from 4 to 9 p.m. at the Sontag Greek Theater, at Bonita Avenue and Fourth Street in Claremont. The MLC Band will open the festival with hits from the 1950s to today.
